  1. 4 medium sized potatoes
  2. 1 cup of any kind of cheese (parmesan preferred)
  3. 1 cup of salted butter
  4. 1 tablespoon of flour
  5. 1 cup of milk
  6. 2 cloves of garlic
  7. 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon of salt
  9. chopped Parseley for garnish

Perfect Mashed Potato (How To)


I’ve been craving for chicken casserole these past few weeks. In case you don’t  know what chicken casserole is, you could check it out here. I learned doing that from my friend’s mother. The first time I tried it, I fell in love (though I always fall in love with any kind of foods lol) I tried to re-make that recipe before, it went well but nothing beats her mom’s cooking! (I swear.) I might blog about the remake of that recipe next time. But for now, I have nothing much of the recipe except for the potatoes. I could have used the leftovers from turkey’s thanksgiving but that was spoiled coz it’s been almost a month since thanksgiving. So tonight I just tried to make a simple mashed potato.
